who is Lina, a twenty year old undergraduate university in the frigid barrenness that is the Midwestern United States. A horrible combination of an overachiever by breeding and an underachiever by heart, she spends her days beating her head against a proverbial brick wall and asking herself why she decided to over dedicate her life, yet continues to do it each day.
She maintains the fact that in a past life she was condemned as heretic or something equally worse (like raised up as a hero), and figures that maybe this life will repeat the others, but doesn’t really care if it does. It’s also dedicated to her maternal grandparents, James and Josephine, whose memory and story are the things that true love stories are made of and only happen once in a million times. Nicholas Sparks totally owes her family so much for
But love is worth more than money. Clearly.
